3.1. Poly G9 with TC10 Touch Panel - Display Disconnected error
Problem
Poly Studio Base Kit G9 Plus for Microsoft Teams Room HP Mini IP PC with TC10 touch panel has a zoomed in image on the touch panel showing only the top left of the screen and displays the message “Display Disconnected”.
Cause
Software update causes compatibility issues with the HP Console Control program.
Solution
Plug a USB keyboard and mouse into the G9 Plus HP Mini IP PC.
Using the user interface on the main display, go to Settings > Admin Settings.
Login as the administrator using the password sfb.
Open the Control Panel by typing control panel in the search box and clicking on Control Panel.
Go to Programs and Features > HP Console Control > Change, the select Repair.
Reboot the PC.
